A: 3-3-3-3-3 Power Clean. Do not let go of the bar between reps.

B: 3 x 10 archer push-ups.

C: For 10 minutes perform as manny heavy sandbags turkish get ups as possible. 

At the start, at the 5 minute mark and at the end, stop and do 10 sandbag squats.
