A: 3-3-3-3-3 Back squat

B: 5-5-3-3-2-2-1 Shoulder Press

C: EMOTM for 10 minutes:

Odd minutes 3 "skin the cat" 
Even minutes 15 burpees

If it takes more than 45 seconds to do 3 "skin the cats" then scale down to 2. If takes more than 45 seconds to 10 burpees.
