A: 5 rounds of 10 hang power clean. Increase weight every round but try to stay unbroken for 10 reps. Rest 2min between rounds.
B: 3 rounds of:
1min ball slams, 1min pull ups, 1min side to side jumps (90°, both feet, as far as possible).
There is no rest between stations, rotate fast, score is total reps
