A: Find max power clean of today, 15min
B: On the minute for max 16min: first min perform 4 power cleans @ 60% of A and 4 burpees, second min 4 power cleans and 5 burpees, the 4 and 6 etc. Follow this pattern until you can not complete in 60s, then continue with 1 power clean + 1 front squat + 1 burpee, 2 power cleans + 2 front squats + 2 burpees etc. on the minute until you fail again, then finish with 30 burpees if you haven't reached 16min yet.
C: 3x max rep strict ring pull ups or commando pull ups, rest as needed between rounds
