Complete as many rounds as possible of: Run 400m and then perform 5 power cleans (135/95).
You have 3 minutes to complete each round. Continue for as many rounds as possible until you cannot complete the run and cleans in 3 minutes. Time cap is 33 mins.
If you do not go past 3 rounds then after the last round rest for 60 seconds then do 1 round of:
Run 800m and then complete as many power cleans as possible in 5 minutes. Use the same weight as before. 5 minutes starts when you get back from the run.
