A: Build up to a heavy set of 5 deadlifts.

B: 800m DB farmers walk (As heavy as possible. Idea would be +55lbs/+35lbs per side).

For every time you rest you must perform 15 wall balls when you get back to the gym. If you can go unbroken on the farmers walk perform 25 thrusters with your DBs when you get back.
