B: 5 x max reps of ring pushups. Use the boxes to elevate feet as necessary. 

C:  AMRAP for 10 minutes: "I go you go" of:
- Perform 1 ball smal
- Perform 1 ball chest throw
- Broad jump to the ball
- Perform 3 pushups on the ball
