A: Every 30 sec for 10 min:
  1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch (light weight, working on speed)

B: Death by Front Squat, 115/75 (start every min with 3 burpees over bar) (max15 min)

C: For quality: 30-50 kick ups to hand stand (can be against wall or free standing. just practice getting up into a hand stand comfortably. Advanced should try kicking up with both sides)
