30 Sec Flutter Kicks in Hollow Hold

B: For Time:

20 DU
10 Single Side DB Squats (50/30)
1 Barbell Man Maker (60/40)
On Squats, DB should be held in one arm, on one side in the front rack position. Switch side after 5 reps.

 C: 3 Rounds:
30 Sec Russian Twists
30 Sec Plank Push Ups
