What is Crossfit?

CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit an as broad and adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program, but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
The CrossFit Program was developed to enhance an individual’s competency at all physical tasks. Our athletes are trained to perform successfully at multiple, diverse, and randomized physical challenges. The CrossFit workouts are scalable to all age and fitness level.

Crossfit Zürich

CrossFit Zurich was founded in 2009 and has been one of Switzerland’s leading CrossFit Boxes and athletic performance centers ever since. We are a very international Box with people fom all over the world and we are very happy to have such a diverse and lively community. CrossFit Zurich has a highly skilled team of motivated Coaches specialized in all aspects of Health and Fitness that will help you to get fitter and achieve your goals.
