Whether you’re visiting or just passing through, you’re welcome.
We offer two types of drop-ins:
CrossFit Drop-in: For experienced CrossFitters (8+ weeks)
Essentials Drop-in: Open to all – HYROX, kettlebell, handstand, strength & conditioning.
Drop-ins with CrossFit experience
Requirements
To join our CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting or Gymnastics classes (or open gym), you need to have at least 8 weeks of CrossFit experience at a CrossFit affiliate.

How to book a drop in:

Reservations open 4 days in advance.
Drop-ins by form only (one request per form).
Self-booked drop-ins will be canceled and not refunded.
