Visiting Zürich? Book your drop-in and train with us.

Whether you’re visiting or just passing through, you’re welcome.

We offer two types of drop-ins:

  • CrossFit Drop-in: For experienced CrossFitters (8+ weeks)

  • Essentials Drop-in: Open to all – HYROX, kettlebell, handstand, strength & conditioning.

Drop-ins with CrossFit experience

Requirements

To join our CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting or Gymnastics classes (or open gym), you need to have at least 8 weeks of CrossFit experience at a CrossFit affiliate.

How to book a drop in:

  1. Check the schedule for availability.

  2. Reservations open 4 days in advance.

  3. Drop-ins by form only (one request per form).
    Self-booked drop-ins will be canceled and not refunded.

No prerequisites to join HYROX, strength and conditioning classes.
