Would you like to visit our box and book a drop-in? Wonderful!
We offer two types of drop-ins:
Classic CrossFit Drop-in for experienced CrossFitters with 8+ weeks of CrossFit experience.
Essentials Drop-in for those who either don’t have CrossFit experience yet or want to focus primarily on strength, conditioning and HYROX.
Drop-ins with CrossFit experience
Requirements
To join our CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting or Gymnastics classes (or open gym), you need to have at least 8 weeks of CrossFit experience at a CrossFit affiliate.

How to book a drop in:
Check our schedule for available places. Reservations can be made 4 days in advance. 6pm classes are not available for drop-ins.
