Drop-In

Would you like to visit our box and book a drop-in? Wonderful!


We offer two types of drop-ins:

  • Classic CrossFit Drop-in for experienced CrossFitters with 8+ weeks of CrossFit experience.

  • Essentials Drop-in for those who either don’t have CrossFit experience yet or want to focus primarily on strength, conditioning and HYROX.

Drop-ins with CrossFit experience

Requirements

To join our CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting or Gymnastics classes (or open gym), you need to have at least 8 weeks of CrossFit experience at a CrossFit affiliate.

How to book a drop in:

  1. Check our schedule for available places. Reservations can be made 4 days in advance. 6pm classes are not available for drop-ins.

  2. Fill out and send us the form below.
    We only accept drop-in requests submitted through this form.


    There is no guarantee for a drop-in.
    A form must be filled out for each request.
    We reserve the right to refuse drop-ins.
    Self-booked drop-ins will not be accepted or refunded.

Requirements

No prerequisites to join HYROX, strength and conditioning classes.
