  • Master the Olympic lifts, the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk, through technical breakdowns, strength cycles and coach-led progressions. Perfect for building explosive power and precision. For all levels (except advanced class).

  • Fast-paced and high-energy. These classes boost your engine with varied cardio formats, intervals, and metabolic conditioning – prepare to sweat. For all levels.

  • Train for performance and real-world challenge. HYROX classes combine endurance and strength: Ski, lunges, rowing, wall balls, running, sleds and more – in a race-inspired format. Whether you're prepping for a competition or want a new challenge, HYROX delivers intensity, grit and fun. For all levels.

  • Develop overall strength through focused lifting programs, using barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, and accessory work. A great complement to conditioning. For all levels.

  • Build bodyweight skills and strength for movements like pull ups, muscle ups, toes-to-bar and core-based movement patterns. Scaling and technique focused. For all levels.

  • Learn the foundations of balance and movement on your hands – from static holds to dynamic progressions. Suitable for all levels.
