hyrox at crossfit zürich

high intensity conditioning

At CrossFit Zürich, we bring years of experience in functional training and high-intensity conditioning. HYROX shares many elements with a CrossFit workout, especially in its mix of strength and endurance, but includes a significantly higher volume of running. Our HYROX Conditioning classes are specifically programmed to prepare you for the unique demands of the race. You’ll build the right combination of strength endurance, pacing strategy, and movement efficiency to ensure you’re fully equipped for a successful HYROX experience.

What is hyrox?

HYROX combines both running and functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.

Each race is hosted indoors in expansive exhibition halls, creating an immersive and electrifying race, where spectators can support the athletes from the very beginning to the very end.

This race format remains consistent across the globe, enabling global leaderboards and a cumulative World Championships at the end of each race season.

Accommodating both professional athletes, and everyday fitness enthusiasts looking to take their training to the next level, HYROX is the sport for everybody.
