CrossFit showed me that there are no limits to what I can do in and out of the gym and as a Coach I want to show people that everything is possible, despite their doubts.

I started my coaching back in Russia after which I moved to Thailand and got lucky to be mentored by some of the best Coaches in the industry. They taught me to constantly seek feedback and improvement, and they helped me to become who I am as a Coach now! After a little while I ended up being in Switzerland where I continue helping people with their fitness development.”
