Whether you're here to build strength, improve performance or simply move better –
we have a plan that fits your life.

Step 1: Choose your membership

  • CrossFit Gold membership: access to all classes and open gym

  • Essentials membership: access to open gym and all classes except CrossFit WOD, Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics

Step 2: Make sure you meet the requirements

Before signing up, please make sure you have completed one of the following:

  • CrossFit Gold membership requirements: Group or Private Foundation Course or least 8 weeks of experience at a CrossFit affiliate

  • Essentials membership: No requirements. Direct access to selected classes

Step 3: Tailor your membership to your needs

We offer flexible memberships or punch cards, based on your availability and goals. All memberships include:

  • Access to your selected number of weekly classes or open gym

  • Coaching support & community access
